The Sovereign Intent™ Academy ("the Academy") invests heavily in the research, development, and ongoing refinement of its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, data products, and educational materials. This page outlines the intellectual property rights that protect these assets and the terms under which you may use content found on our website, in our publications, or accessed through our services.
The Spectrum of Sovereign Intent™ framework, the SIR Score™, the Accountability Audit™ methodology, the ASIA™ platform, the Global Intent Database (GID)™, and all related course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All original content published by the Sovereign Intent Academy — including but not limited to website text, blog articles, white papers, the Master Compendium, curriculum materials, the Intent Lexicon, examination questions, case studies, graphics, and audiovisual content — is protected by copyright under Nigerian law (Copyright Act, Cap C28, LFN 2004) and applicable international treaties.
You may download, print, and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Sharing on social media is permitted with appropriate attribution (see Section 4 below).
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Academy content without our prior written consent. This includes incorporating our frameworks or materials into training programmes, consulting products, or software without a license.
The following are registered or unregistered trademarks and service marks of the Sovereign Intent Academy. They distinguish our brand and services in the marketplace. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Academy's, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or that disparages the Academy.
The Academy's core forensic algorithms — including but not limited to the SIR Algorithm weighting schema, the ASIA agent system prompts and orchestration logic, the GID secret salt key and hashing protocol, the MCI discrepancy matrix, the SIVX basket weights, and the GAM lookup table — are protected as trade secrets.
They derive independent economic value from not being generally known and are subject to reasonable measures to maintain their secrecy. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or otherwise discover these trade secrets is a violation of law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
When referencing or quoting the Sovereign Intent framework in publications, presentations, research, or social media, you must provide proper attribution. Acceptable formats include:

The designations Certified Intent Auditor (CIA™), Strategic Intent Architect (SIA™), and Master Methodologist (MM-CIA™) are earned credentials. Use of these post-nominals is governed by the terms of the individual's Certification Programme Agreement.
Unauthorized or continued use after the expiration, suspension, or revocation of certification is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement.
Access to certain Academy products — including the ASIA dashboard, the Global Intent Database (GID) feed, the White-Labeled Newsroom Dashboard, and corporate training materials — is governed by separate license agreements (Master Services Agreement, End-User License Agreement, API Terms of Service). Those agreements take precedence over this general policy.
The Academy actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you have information regarding the misuse of our trademarks or trade secrets, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include legal proceedings under Nigerian and international law.
