What the Template Contains

The spreadsheet mirrors the forensic process taught in the Certified Intent Auditor (CIA) Level I programme. Each row represents a single auditable event for a specific leader.

Col	Field	Purpose
A	Audit Date	Timestamp of the observation.
B	Leader Name	The subject under forensic review.
C	Event / Action Audited	A specific speech, court ruling, budget action, or decision being scored.
D	Section A — Authority Source	Score: `+10` (Fixed Manual), `+2` (Subjective Intuition), or `0` (Mask).
E	Section B — Accountability Check	Score: `+10` (External Submission), `+2` (Internal Validation), or `0` (Materialism).
F	Total SIR	Auto-calculated: `=SUM(D2:E2)`
G	Intent Category	Auto-populated Strata classification based on the SIR score.
H	Evidence Link / Notes	Source URL or brief forensic note for your audit trail.

Automated Strata Classification Logic

The template uses a nested formula in Column G to convert the numerical SIR score into a Strata label, following the Academy's published scoring standards:

18 – 20 Level 05 Theocratic Steward / Level 02 Anchor
13 – 17 Level 02/03 Pragmatist / Autonomist
6 – 12 Level 04 Subjective Providentialist
0 – 5 Level 01 Atheistic Materialist

The specific algorithmic weights powering the Academy's commercial audits are not included in this educational template.

How to Use the Template

Make Your Copy

Click the gold button above and save the spreadsheet to your own Google Drive. No sign-in to the Academy is required.

Add Your Leaders

Overwrite the sample data with the names of up to 10 leaders you want to track — governors, ministers, CEOs, or central bankers.

Log Auditable Events

Each time a leader makes a significant speech, announces a budget, or encounters a court ruling, enter a new row with your Section A and Section B scores and link to the source.

Watch the Drift Chart

The Drift Chart tab automatically plots each leader's SIR score over time, highlighting green (anchor), yellow (watch), and red (critical) zones.

Act on the Signals

A sustained downward trend is a leading indicator of governance risk. A stable, high score confirms a Level 02 Safe Harbor for investment or partnership.
